The Creation of the Slate Request Form - During the pandemic, Governors State University implemented Slate as our new CRM. Requests to update or add something in the system seem to come from everywhere like a random conversation in passing with a colleague or via email. To better manage these requests, we created a Slate Request Form that staff can use to request things such as a new query or new communication mailing. Come to this session to learn how this form was implemented and the successes and challenges that came along with it.
