Esther E. Kirchoeffer (1956-57)

Esther E. Kirchoeffer served Illinois State Normal University as Registrar from 1949 until 1961 and from 1964-1970. Esther was also an instructor in Education and earned her A.B. from Valparaiso University and M.S. degree from University of Chicago.
