Treasurer-Elect

Illinois Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers

Election/Term of Office: Bylaws, Article V, Section 8. Treasurer-Elect. The Treasurer-Elect shall be elected every other year to serve in the second year of the incumbent Treasurer's term. The Treasurer-Elect shall serve for a term of one year and shall succeed at the end of such year to the Office of Treasurer.

Reports to: Treasurer

Primary Function: To assist the Treasurer as directed.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Attends all Executive Board meetings.
2. At the direction of the Treasurer assist in the preparation of the budget, collection of dues, and any other duties as assigned by the Treasurer.
3. Prepare preliminary budgets for fall pre conference for the year where office becomes official.
4. Bring archival material to February Board meeting for submission to archivist.
