Past District Chairperson

Election/Term of Office: One year from time of vacating position of Chair.

Reports to: President

Primary Function: Serve as resource for current Chair.

Major Responsibilities:

1. To serve on the Nominations Committee to select and recommend to the membership the names of persons to fill vacancies for officers of IACRAO for the coming year. The Nominating Committee is chaired by the Past-President. Names of those recommended are to be submitted to the Executive Board at the Spring meeting by the Past President.
2. To serve as mentor to the District Chairperson.
3. Turn over district materials to the Archivist.
