4.01   "UPDATING YOUR PITCH" (Web and Email)
Session will discuss the student information system and web applications used in one community college. It will include registration, scheduling, payments and student satisfaction.

4.02   "FROM THE BULLPEN" (SEVIS)
The student and Exchange Visitor Center procedures are constantly changing in an effort to improve service. This session is a must if you are involved in the processing of providing service to the international population.

4.04   "ATHLETES- GPA and RBIs" (NCAA AND NJCAA)
How do you keep athletes in the game(in class). This presentation shows how one school has developed a strong support network for student athletes.

5.02  "KNOW THE RULE BOOK" (Foreign Credential Evaluation)
This is a brief overview on process and evaluation of foreign academic credentials. Grades, documentation and differences in education systems will be discussed.

5.03   "PREPARE A CORRECT LINEUP CARD" (Form Sharing)
Every Admission Office has information collection forms of all sizes and shapes. Have you looked at your forms lately? Learn some basic guidelines. Samples will be given to attendees.

5.04   "TRADING CARDS" (Tech/OnLine Services)
The Course Applicability System provides a web-based transfer credit evaluation and advising system for potential transfer students. NIU and UIUC have been working on a plan for implementation of this system in Illinois.

Constantly changing policies and procedures can cause stress ands conflict in your office. Recognizing your personal attitude towards change will assist you in changing attitudes of the staff. Using the program "Who Moved My Cheese", will entertain and educate you. You can learn how to "run the bases" and "field with minimum errors."

We will deal in this session with identity theft and the College campus.

Using the web to bring data to students and staff. Gathering info from websites, new methods to gather and manage data via on line technology.

A chance to see what is new with the IAI website and to get helpful hints from the website staff.
